re: purple/red onions....got 4, put 3 in the garden, saved 1 for gyros.

I've tried the big globe alliums, but they don't like it here. (not cold enough?)

But the POs make a nice tall ball of flowers.

Yours are spectacular.....how tall?
Do you know the name? I'd be tempted to try them.

Great closeup, colors....all.
