This is an Earth Star (Cryptanthus bivittatus)
I owned one of these last year! When I bought it, it was bright pink, but about a month later all of the color had faded completely away to green and white - looking exactly like yours!

Furcraea gigantea is synonymous with Furcraea foetida and this picture is Furcraea foetida 'variegata'. 'mediopicta' means middle painted or middle colored. This plant could be described as either "variegata' (variegated) or 'striata' (striped) but shouldn't really be called 'mediopicta'.
