I bought small bulbs that supposed to be amaryllis about a year ago, nothing germinated then, only roots. This winter I see a lot of leaves, but very strange. What it is ?

Yes, Looks like them to me. Will take a lot longer for them to get bigger - they are putting all their energy into the bulb right now. Also, a leaf may suddenly die off, right before a larger one appears.

maybe you right, maybe it explain why I needed to wait almost a year to see the first leaves.

The Amaryllis family includes all sorts of things, not just the genus Hippeastrum. It may be too soon to tell what it is.

Yeah, I expect you will need to wait until it blooms - which could take 3 years. Whistling
Just consider it an exercise in patience. Crossing Fingers!

I know, it took it almost a year in the ground to growing the first leaves

I hope it will bloom in 2 years instead of 3, As I posted before, amaryllis growing here much faster that in US, last year in the end of winter I started with a tiny bublets near the main bulb, in the end of the summer I ended with 1-1.5 inch bulb.

please see this 3 pictures (posted before already)

The big main bulb in the first picture is now over 4 inches in diameter
