Where do they sell their seeds, in packets we buy at stores? How do we know which fresh foods at the store we eat are owned by Monsanto?

I suspect they only sell in bulk to farmers. Once they buy the seed they become a captive market.

Monsanto, sold out to Bayer. Bayer has retained the Seminis division under that name. Bayer is the largest producer of farm seeds in the world so the odds are good that you are eating their products and food products protected and/or fertilized by their products. Seminis is the vegetable division, Dekalb is field crops division.

So if I grow tomato seed from the food store I am growing their product?

Maybe. Syngenta is a major supplier. H M Klaus, Sakata and several smaller companies also concentrate on commercial producers. Their varieties are developed for commercial growers but some of them spill over to vendors who emphasize home gardeners. Seed by Design is the major producer for home gardeners, but they are also pushing into the commercial market
