One of the loveliest roses I've seen. Now to see if it's available, and hardy here.

Mine came from Northland Rosarium, Polly, but they aren't carrying it this year. I think Palatine usually carries the full line of Flower Circus roses (sometimes called the Veranda series).

I did find Palatine has it. Thanks Zuzu! The greenish cast on the outside is what really drew me in.

As you can see by all our photos in this entry, this is indeed a real beauty and hard to even find an ugly bloom on it ever!

Zuzu, remember that one year when I took a bunch of photos of that mystery rose at SJ Heritage Gardens with a green cast? Polly's mentioning the green cast just reminded me of it, I need to go find those photos because I am wondering of it could be this rose.

I'm sure that was a different rose, Sue. I don't remember the blooms being pompon-shaped.

I was ready to get it from Palatine, and they don't carry it this fall. Any other source you know of? This is one I really want.

I'm sorry, Polly. I can't find it on anyone's website this year. It looks as though Palatine and Northland have stopped carrying it, and Roses Unlimited, which usually carries the veranda series, isn't offering it this year either.
