Thread OP

PanAmerican Seed offers packets of individual colors as well as the "Mix". Some colors, such as the one shown here is available only in the mix. This is an excellent series of pansies as they are very floriferous, colorful, nicely ruffled and among the most fragrant.

Pan American Seed has some Frizzle Sizzle colors available individually. These can also be bought as trays from
specialty garden centers with individual vs mix variety tags. It is very helpful if you'd like to design with certain colors, while still appreciating some variance among the patterns and colors. An example is Frizzle Sizzle "Lemon" which is not listed currently, however there are colors which may not be prominent in mixes such as "lemon berry" and "yellow blue swirl".

Both are great comments to add to the database entry rather than hidden with the photo thread.

Thank you, Calif_Sue. I first made my comment as a general comment in the database entry, however it disappeared, and I found it was relocated to an entry under "Sandbox" with no text comments. So I added my comment here so I could also upload the photo of Frizzle Sizzle Lemon.

I don't think you understand though, click on the database entry, the blue plant name in the first image at the top of this thread. If you scroll down past all the images, there are no plant comments. The comments are here in this thread are in the Plant Photos forum. You added your photo attached as a comment to the first photo by NJiris, it's not added to the database. It's because you enlarged NJiris photo and continued on with the thread. To add a comment to the actual database entry itself where they are visible, you need to click the Add a Comment under Adding Actions.

Thank you. I had originally actually added my comment to the database entry. That's the comment that disappeared. I didn't go back to recreate my first comment since a few of my photos in the Frizzle Sizzle series were moved to the Mixed Colors even though I had purchased them as flats of individual colors.
This second entry I noticed NJiri's Frizzle Sizzle entry had one of the lemon flowers so I added a photo of flats of Frizzle Sizzle lemon showing the range of colors in that series.
Feel free to delete the comment if serves no useful purpose.

Database comments don't disappear from the entry itself and end up in Sandbox, we can't move them there, it's an entirely different function, only comments attached to photos are part of a forum that can be moved to other forums.

No need to delete this thread or posts either, I was simply suggesting to copy and paste it into the database entry where others can see it should they open that entry.
