It is NOT Laura Bush!
This looks to me to be a straight Cattleya walkeriana. If you look closely at the lip, you will find 2 things that tell me that it is walkeriana. #1- the side lobes of the lip roll back away from the column, kind of exposing it. This is typical walkeriana. #2- the mid lobe is long and prominent, like it is sticking it's tongue out at the viewer. Again, typical walkeriana.
Now for the petals. This is where the center markings help us out a bit. Walkeriana usually holds its petals up at a 45* angle. This is often the case with walkeriana and you can easily see that here. Actually the petals are typical for walkeriana.
For my $$$, this is a variety of Cattleya walkeriana. You know we have alba forms, albescens forms, semi albas, concolors and just plain old walkerianas. Some how this variety has found its way to google.
If I could take you all to the Brazilian Coast and we stumbled upon 200+ blooming walkerianas, many would be very typical, plus a very nice one here with fuller form, a very nice one over there with bigger size and darker color. Then low and behold we stumble upon this one. It is like a "genetic sport" if you will.
This is one of my top 3 favorite species. H&R has many clones. But if you need to have this one particular clone, I suggest you find the nearest haystack and start looking!!
