So as you know the weather in this area is crazy.... We are in the 60/70 during the day and 40/50's at night sometimes as low as 30's... I would love to start to plant seeds ( I have soo many) I don't know what ones I can safely plant now and if it does happen to dip in temperature that it wont hurt them. Is there things other than sweet peas that I can safely plant now? Zinnia, Cosmo, marigold, Shasta dasiy, forget me not, coleus, morning glory, asslum, petunia, pansy, phlox...are just some I bought then i have moss rose and bachelor button saved from last year plus many others! Thank You!

Most annuals like a warm soil.....the exceptions are poppies, wallflowers, & some perennials.....I'm in a colder zone, but I direct seed the end of May for zinnias, marigolds, cosmos....

Snapdragons have no issue with cold temperatures. Pansies and violets like cool soil to germinate but if your area warms up quickly in May/June they probably won't do well (you have to start them earlier). If you can protect them from the heat (keep them indoors) then you could plant them out in the Fall. Forget-me-nots are also fine in cool weather but they may not bloom this year. I think a lot of Dianthus (sweet william, carnations, dianthus species) don't mind mild freezes but may not survive a hard freeze.

I am also being impatient. I have seedlings ready to go. But I don't trust the temps yet. Some I just don't know where I'm going to put them.
