This miniature Phal I purchased back in mid December. It was in a 2" pot with moss and in bloom. I repottted it, cut the bloom spike and left it to grow. It's put out roots but it is yet to produce new leaves. When this first emerged I thought it was it was another root and didn't really think any more about it. Check it whilst I was watering today and realized it's a spike. This miniature Phal is a determined little thing to bloom. Should I let it bloom or cut it so it uses its energies to produce vegetative growth or leave it alone to do its own thing?
