Plumeria is coming out of dormacy. Have not given plant anywater yet. Waiting to see leaf before I do. Noticed end of new leaf starting has little bit of dead on the end. Should I be concerned? Does it need water? Thanks

It looks fine. Don't worry about the tiny black spot at the tip of the leaf. A small amount of water will be ok for now. Give more water when it gets a real leaf.
