What is this plant? For the life of me I don't remember planting it. It's putting on quite the show

Some additional information: The clump of leaves appeared about a week ago. Then 2 inch stalks appeared with multiple tiny pink buds on the end of each. The stalks grew longer and some buds opened. It could be that this is the first year it has bloomed. The leaf configuration is unusual.

It is called Mukdenia
the one I have is crimson fans , because the leaves turn bright red in the fall.

Thanks for solving the mystery, Gardengus! For two years now the leaves turned a lovely red in the fall but this is the first year it has flowered! Go figure!!!
