I have had this plumeria for over 5 yrs and moved into an appt nor cal by the beach and the new growth sometimes gets this black stuff on the leaf and spreads until becomes weak and falls off. Gets half day full sun indoors, temp is around 68 70f average. Not to moist soil, did have spider mite problem at one point but is maintained organically. Doing well otherwise, I took one side clipping for cloning about 12in and is regrowing 3 new apical meristems. Any advice would be great thanks!! First time post.

Plumeria thrive in warmer environments with full sun. Full outdoors sun, not a few hours in a window sun.

Has this ever bloomed for you?
I recently lived in SW Florida and couldn't flower them consistently.
