Hello everyone. I have a question about placement of Honey Crunch Cupcake.

I will be planting this one soon and wondered how sun exposure effects the color. Any thoughts? I am zone 6, western KY.

Thank you.

6 hours minimum for best performance. I have not observed fade in this cultivar

I put it in last spring with all day sun in zone 4 and it was fine. No fading here, and it bloomed quite well as well.

I grow it in my ZONE 5 garden and had it also in ZONE 7 in full sun and did well. As with all daylilies, I would benefit from a little afternoon shade. It still needs at least 6 hours of sun. Mine gets about 6 hours of sun with filtered shade in the early afternoon.
