My photo was uploaded to the database by Sue without my permission. My photos are my livelihood. Not paying for use or using them without my permission is stealing from me. Please take this down, or compensate me for use. Thank you.

My apologies if we have inappropriately used your photo - that would not have been our intention. It looks like the photo was supplied to us by Select Seeds - did you give them permission to use it?

You can avoid this by looking in your site settings. You can say no to people putting your photos into the database. This is done frequently, so please set your settings so it won't be done with yours.

The Select Seeds website no longer shows the plant or the photo.

I come across that all the time with my photos. There is one rose in particular that I have to periodically run a Google search for. I have found them on websites, which I have to ask for removal or a payment, and in printed matter, for instance, a quilt pattern. I gave the pattern maker rights to continue using the photo for her patterns, I got a copy of the pattern and $75 worth of quilting fabric for that. As a quilter, that was a great deal for me!
