I have a few noid clematis that seem like they bloom once in the spring and not much after that. Are there any that bloom again in the summer or continuously bloom? I also need something that will tolerate mostly shade if there is anything like that.

There are many small flowered varieties (usually in the group 3 pruning category) both vining and non-vining, that will start blooming later in the spring or early summer than the large flowered types, and may continue all summer and fall in some environments. And there are also once bloomers in the fall.
For me, out here in the hot/dry country, most of them take a break in August, but pick back up again in September.
Mostly shade is tough, but there are some that do very well in part shade.

@Frillylily

triternata Rubromarginata Blooms for me June to August. I have another order in for another one because I love it so much. The flowers are not big but very fragrant. Can smell it from a distance.
