Don't know, But that's nice looking flower, Would enjoy having one of those myself, Was thinking on doing search for Bi Color yellows

Is that a first year bloom?

Gerry, I seriously doubt that it is 'Fashion Rings', but that is what it reminded me of. 'Fashion Rings' has taken a long time to get settled in and sometimes the first blooms of it look pretty terrible and washed out.
