I had planned to dig this weekend but the temperature has been running up to 94°, with official "Feels Like" temperature up to 104°. The humidity is absolutely oppressive. Our AC has gone out, and now it looks like our freezer is going out, too. We have the freezer set to its coldest setting, and yet the ice cream is half melted. Hubby is emptying out the kitchen freezer and taking the stuff down to the basement freezer so we don't lose it all.
