Have you checked out North Country Daylilies, Melanie Mason in New York state? She sells Bryan Culver registrations in the US. Bryan is a Canadian hybridizer, the hybridizer of Sun Panda. Sun Panda is a fast increaser and has a high bud count.

I saw Sun Panda the other day at O'Brien Nursery up here in CT and it was either $45 or $50 dollars in a 2 gallon pot. I believe it had 4 or 5 fans.

I guess it is still either a highly desired plant or in low supply.
