How many jars of jelly does this recipe make?
The day before Hurricane Harvey hit Houston in 2017, I cut 6 bags of branches with ripe berries from land that was going to be underwater with the predicted rainfall (we got 51 inches of rain in 3 days). What I did while it rained was take the berries to the point where you say it can be put in the fridge. Except I put it in the freezer. And today is the day to make 3 batches of jelly.
