Thread OP

Do the leaves have to be dried to make tea from, or can they be used for tea right off of the plant?

I use only fresh mint. Its too humid in tropic, difficult to dry herb quickly here. And fresh leaves available all year.
My favourite tea is spearmint. Few mature cinnamon leaves. Few cloves young leaves. Some brown tea (camelia). Steep in hot water. Cover the glass to avoid oil evaporation. After cold. Add little bit sugar.
