I have the yellow and orange ones in three gallon pots like this one. The thing is the yellow and orange seem to be more hardy than sunset. They have more growth while its been about three months and have not noticed new growth on the sunset. I tend to water them all when they dirt looks on the dry side. All of them get about six hours of sun. Today as an experiment i fertilized it. Does anyone have this plant?

I am on death watch for this plant. I fertilized and still water it dailt, but it's turning browner. Guess will see why happens when it's totally brown.

Eric,

Agastaches don't like a lot of water and I don't give mine any extra fertilizer than what was in the potting mix when I potted them up in. I only water them to get them established and after that, if it's long dry spell, then I'll water them good and not again until another long dry spell.

The soil (or potting mix) they're in should be well draining. Don't add wood mulch to the top of the soil (or potting mix).
Welcome to the Agastache and Salvias Forum!

Hummingbirds are beautiful flying jewels in the garden!
