I got Adriatic Noble as a door prize last year. It bloomed beautifully this spring, put out three big new fans, and one of the fans has just put out three little increases. It is a strong grower! It's not as dark as Black Lipstick, it's more a royal purple.
I also got Royalty Remembered as a door prize last year. It's a sibling of Adriatic Noble. It also bloomed beautifully and has put out three big fans. Theoretically it's a rebloomer, but it didn't rebloom for me. It bloomed early in the season, which is nice.
Another deep purple I got last year is Magnificent Masterpiece. I got it as a small rhizome, but it bloomed and has increased well, too, although it is not in as prime a location as the other two, which impressed me.
