Should it be more specific "variegated tropicals". ?

I think if it was specific tropicals many people would stay away, not everyone grows tropicals sadly.

If it included everything variegated I would have no interest

Waykool, I am sure there will be specific threads within the forum as it get started. You could always start a thread on variegated tropicals but I think that too will be too broad, maybe something more focused like variegated gingers or variegated tropical shrubbery or whatever.
