I agree that both irises appear to be something else. The first one may be smoke rings, but that is just one possibility. I cannot offer any assistance with the second one.

There is a group on facebook called "Iris ID Oz" that helps people identify their irises. The members of that group have a vast knowledge of irises and I highly recommend them.

I don't know the ID of either of them, but the form of the second suggests a much older Iris (historic).

There's quite a few photos to compare it to here as well: Tall Bearded Iris (Iris 'Alcazar')

Bear in mind that photographic IDs aren't 100% foolproof and it is recommended that you obtain a piece of the named plant to grow next to your NOID to confirm the ID.

I was going to suggest 'Alcazar', but I see you sleuthed it out. I agree w/ Robin that 'Smoke Rings' is a good possibility. 'Confetti' is darker..
