I tried to determine if this was the correct place to ask this but I have lived in central florida for 35 years and never seen this tree before. There are several in a particular neighborhood ... owners might think I'm crazy if I knock on the door over it so I'm asking you guys.... what is it?

Yes its a variegated Coral Tree. I used to have one a few years ago. That's a really nice specimen. Its Erythrina variegata

Anyone know if they can be purchased in central Florida or do I have to travel south?

I got mine many moons ago at the Fairchild Gardens Ramble in Miami. I've never seen it for sale anywhere else, I know they must be available, but I wouldn't have any idea
