I would pass on this tool. For years, I have routinely run my lawn mower over leaves on the ground, caught them in the catcher, then spread them for winter mulch. Two years ago I bought a Worx electric leaf mulcher thinking it would somehow be faster. Bad decision. On the plus side, when it does shred, it shreds really fine, so makes for a nice mulch. On the negative side, it just doesn't feed well, and I end up pushing the leaves down with the end of my rake. I suppose that is fairly safe as the cutting mechanism is some sort of string-twine, but it gives me the heebie-jeebies. Also having the shredder be stationary involves bringing the leaves to it, shredding, then taking the mulch to the garden. Using the lawnmower is much more efficient - simply 'mow' the fallen leaves then drive to wherever they need to go. Unfortunately, my last lawnmower purchase didn't include a bagger so I'm kind of out of luck this year. Live and learn.
I want to live in a world where the chicken can cross the road without its motives being questioned.
