Anyone have any silver bullets for land snails? I know diatomaceous earth works but it has to be reapplied after every rain - which is pretty much daily here. There are sprays, Dr. Earth has one, do they work? I put a few pots of orchids in the beds and that was a huge mistake, the snails ate the leaves to the base, I am not even going to try and save them, it will take too many years to get them grown and blooming again.
