Confused in The 2019 Garden.org Photo Contest!

Submit your favorite photos from your collection, and the members of the site will then vote for their favorites. The winning photos from each category will be pitted against each other in one final, epic vote to determine the ultimate Best of Show winners. Contest opens on November 1st and ends November 29th.

I know that judging begins on November 29. But can anyone translate UTC time to CST? I'm guessing that I have to enter my blurry pictures by some time on November 28 but my brain is rather addled right now. Plus I tend to be a last minute person. (no judgment please)

Help? Maybe?

It's 70F outside and yard work is calling. Any suggestions for what to do with acorns? Not only do we have a bumper crop this year, but the acorns are huge! 😱
