Hello, I can't find the rules: I am looking to buy some irises, preferably now or during winter (don't want to wait till big sellers will open and ship in the worst possible time). Can I post here?
Your location is vital. In the US this is past the time for sales. Vendors start selling for next year at the end of next month but do not ship until after bloom time in the spring. Most people on this site won't sell before bloom time is done either as their plants need the time to increase.
