I have some wonderful clay pots that are made by artists and glazed. They would be lovely for succulents (INDOORS) but I am NOT willing to drill holes in them and risk breaking them.

Any ideas for (easy to remove for watering) inserts of some sort I could use for them? I know I could put nursery plastic pots in them but they can be hard to remove. Same thing with straight up and down glass florist vases. Hard to remove. Easier things to beautify my already beautiful indoor pots with succulents?

Rita that truly is a gorgeous pot. Don't blame you at all for not wanting to drill a hole in it. You probably don't want it outdoors in the winter either.

Maybe you could use the very tough coconut coir liners? Would easily lift out when you wanted to remove excess water in the pot?
Here are some more photos of things that might be used.

You could even go to the Dollar Store and get one of their plastic or coated wire baskets that would fit into your container, line it with coir and add soil.

I'm sure we have others here that would have some really great ideas.

Really love that bowl. Lovey dubby

I had not thought of lining baskets with coir. I like that idea. I could take pots there to try out inserts! Thanks.

Yes. and the coir is easy to cut into with good scissors. Hurray!
