Can anyone identify and recommend what to do from the attached photo? The plant is 10 years old and has always been healthy but I'm concerned. We live in Southwest Florida. Thanks in advance!

the white, whitish gray spots or blotchy areas ?

or the 2 yellow-orange spots ?

If it is not feeling mushy and not spreading, I would just ignore it and let the plant naturally callus it off. Maybe an adventurous rodent or insect took a taste test.

My plants have the grayish spots too. Anyone know of the cure to stop this. Is it a fungus?
