Still trying to determine what these leaves are telling me. It's actively growing indoors under good light but these leaves are showing signs of something. Any ideas please? I could treat for it but want to know where to start. I know the lower leaves are dying and that might have been triggered by a recent power outage. I know plumeria go dormant for winter but its young so I was keeping it going. Mainly I want to know what could be causing the leaves to look as they do. Thanx

They look to be very darn green in color. Perhaps increasing the light will help a bit?
Also, these are tropical plants. I would not be surprised if what you are seeing is from 'cold stress'?

In the first photo, I see white specks that might be mealybugs or dust or lint. If mealybugs, you will need to treat the entire plant with a thorough spraying with 5 parts water, 1 part alcohol and a squirt of liquid dish soap.

Plumerias go dormant in response to temps below 60 degrees F and soil getting drier than usual.
