So, oddly the bulb began developing a flower almost immediately...

Its probably stressed and over-fertilized or something, not really anything new, they do it with cacti and with other bulbs(hyacinth)..
But, about days ago, i saw this...

Pretty sure tulips are not supposed to bloom like this..
Is this some kind of ...multi petal form or something? Like roses and kalandivas?
