I could not find the old noid thread so decided to start a new one.

This is one of my favorite noids, it came from Ace Hardware and they had it marked as "cobweb". So it is known around here as NoidC.

I also have these two beauties but you can't really call them noids. They are two of Lynn's "rejects" that I picked up at the clinic in 2018. And they have done really well.

I call them Orphan 1 and Orphan 2

They have both done really well. They grow very nicely, are quite sturdy, develop good color and don't seem to have any kind of problem with rot. They also get BIG, but then that is sort of my thing. Lynn, maybe you might want to reconsider these two and give the names? I think that would be awesome. But in the meantime, I will just enjoy them.

Melissa keep us updated on the color changes. They sure look healthy. Are they both getting full sun?

Pretty much full sun this time of year. When the leaves are on the trees, they will be in the sun from around 9 am to 4 pm.

I called them orphans because you abandoned the poor things!

I will be sure and take pictures each month to track the colors.

If you should decide to name and claim them, I have a couple of ideas for names!

I can't imagine how nice the ones she kept were!

"Lynn's Reject" isn't a name that would probably sell well. "Second Choice", "86er", "Hand-me-down", "Runner Up" , "Deep Six"..

Yeah none of those names would sell..

Those are beautiful noids. I got some for my mother in law last year from Walmart to put in an old bird bath. Those things produced a ton of chicks. I'll take a picture next time we visit. I do have a picture of one on the chicks I brought home on the last visit

@melessahopper How are your Lynn's orphans doing? The ones you sent me of each are starting to color up nicely for fall.

Nathan, they are doing just fine. Not much color so far but they are very healthy and happy. Glad to hear yours are doing well.
