This look like Anthurium scandens but it is too large. Anybody got an ideal has to what this might be?

Not Anthurium scandens, I grow that and it is a totally different look. It looks like it could be a philodendron....where is this growing at?

It reminds me of Philodendron altering (aka Philo crassinervisum) and Philo hatschbachii to name 2. Crassinervisum being much more available in the plant market. But, it could be something else....the alternating leaf structure is very pronounced.

I'll have to check into those name you gave me Gina1960. This picture is taken inside a Tropical Aviary at NC Zoo. I work there

It could also be a species of true Pothos. There are a few that have that look. They are pretty uncommon though, but it would not be out of the question that botanical gardens and tropical houses like that might have specimen plants. Dr. Peter Boyce is doing a revision of the genus Pothos, and has some photos online somewhere, from Sarawak...and there are some photos of true Pothos on the aroid photograph site, but they are poorly documented online as a whole

I have looked up Philo crassinervisum and concluded that Philodendron crassinervisum has a distinct midrib that does not match the plant in question. I'll check out the other Philo mentioned next

It also occurs to me that it could be Epipremnum amplissimum. Here is one of mine, a friend recently gave me some cuttings and they have started to climb
