Don't know about anyone else, but here on the island I have had a huge population burst of green anolies. I see them everywhere! On daylily leaves, on screens. I even invite them onto the patio. They are on the fence that surrounds our a.c. unit. I am such a happy camper! Finally the greenies are overwhelming the other idiots in my garden!

Hope it's happening in your garden!

It is, I have seen more greenies than I have ever seen here. I wonder if the Cuban browns are just green during this season? The ones I am seeing are a bit darker than the apple green Carolina Anoles.
This is an old photo of a Carolina.

I have about the same amount of green anoles here. Green anoles can turn a light brown to camouflage, but brown anoles can not turn green. I'm glad their population is doing well. The green like to roam in my bromeliads for food.
