I have 2 bulbs in a pot, both will bloom soon

Thumb of 2020-04-08/sangel/d1d719

but one has a nice green color, but second some yellowish brown color and some soft touch (on the left)

what i should do ? let it bloom , or remove the bud and treat it ? maybe it is soft, because it give so much energy for this bud ?

It may be an optical illusion, but when the pic is enlarged it looks to me that the one on the right could be rotting away? Maybe both are rotting?

no , it is optical illusion

bulb on the right was growing very close to the main bulb, so it is very asymmetrical, all bulb mass is on the right side

I think I would only worry if the softness was confined to one place on the bulb. If it is soft around the whole bulb then I would guess it is just energy depletion. Crossing Fingers!
A few of mine go very soft at blooming time.
