Thread OP

Hi folks!

Apologies if this has been discussed before - had a quick search but couldn't find anything.

Am trying to design a gravity water feature using a feed from a butt/reservoir to a small fountain, but the problem I'm encountering is what to do with the water at the end of the cycle. Would rather not just let it drain away, plus the absence of any nearby drainage means potential water logging...

Thanks in advance guys. (Also curious to see pictures of anyone else's setup)... Cheers!

Seems like your options are to pump it back, save it in another reservoir, or spread it on the ground somewhere. I like to send my waste water to the gardens when possible, but I'm not above finding excuses for another lily pond.

Years ago my mother used to say to me, she'd say, "In this world, Elwood, you must be" - she always called me Elwood - "In this world, Elwood, you must be oh so smart or oh so pleasant." Well, for years I was smart. I recommend pleasant. You may quote me.
