I am looking to buy, 7 gallon ,Viburnum Odoratissimum , unable to find any nursery in south florida ..Miami to West palm area selling this plant.

You are at the southern tip of the growing area for Sweet Viburnums, perhaps that is why they are scarce.

They sell them everywhere here in Central FL. Box stores like Home Depot and Lowe's carry them. They grow fast here and big. To zone 10a, so seems you should be able to find some.
