Have 2 irises that I cannot ID, please help. Also, is it strange to WANT to know the names of my irises? I have quite a few that have been shared with me, and no one else seems interested in knowing the name. Is this strange? Thanks, New Iris Lover

No, it's not strange. We're call curious as to names.

My first gardening neighbor blessed me with several "no name" irises back in 1968. It was long after that when I learned each plant has a name. I took the easy way out and named them 'Mrs. Loeffler' in honor of the great neighbor. It's nice to have a name but you can love it just as much without a registered name.

Not strange at all, but it can be quite a quest to make a positive ID. Unfortunately, I do not recognise any of your irises, but I hope someone else will have some suggestions. Crossing Fingers!
Of course I talk to myself; sometimes I need expert advice!
