I have a white allium growing with HUGE leaves this year. Not sure why they are so large (maybe 16" long) and I am thinking they could be used in a stir fry?
As far as I know, there doesn't exist an Allium that is poisonous (to humans). Whether any given plant has
culinary value would be a matter of opinion. So, give it a try!

10 bunches here for 99c, we can get vegetables very cheap here. Korean supermarket. I buy just one because I have lots of green onions in my garden starting from sets.
