Those marks are nothing to worry about. I believe it is some sort of mechanical damage, but not caused by an insect. Just keep an eye on it, as scale larvae is microscopic and you normally don't notice you have scale until the adults form.
I'm sorry, lol. I want to tease you specifically to highlight how little you should worry about tiny bumps and bruises. It's very cute how worried and protective you are, but this is not something to worry about. It's the scraped elbow of the plant world.
One thing about sanseveria, and all plants as far as I know, is they don't heal little cuts and bruises. They seal them and grow new leaves. They callous that spot and Keep making new growth where they were already making new growth. Sometimes you get a nick or cut or bite or crease that causes a flaw, and this plant keeps its health by callousing those openings
