Hi Willinator. There is a location that sells tons of rooted plumeria in Dickinson. I just made a trip out last weekend and bought a couple from him. It is called Gulf Coast Plumeria. He is on Facebook under the same name. Huge selection, lots of Thai varieties. Has a list with flower photos on an iPad, so you you can go off of that for selecting.
