I realize this image came from Wikipedia, but the flowers are not a match for E. lilacina. Compare them to these pics:
The flowering stem is a different color, the bracts are bigger, the sepals are different, and the petals are a different color and shape.
E. lilacina is frequently confused with other similar-looking plants (like runyonii, which this plant is not). Identification of the white Echeverias can be difficult without flowers.
I do not know what to call the plant, though. If anyone has ideas, please speak up. It could be a hybrid of lilacina, of which there are several.
