What is going on with my peppers? Grew lettuce, onions, kayle, arugula during winter, no issues. Other plants in garden doing well. Planted peppers and they flourish and put on peppers for a few weeks then wither and die. I have brought in new soil and replanted but same results. Soil test showed phosphorus and sulfur and add to all only nitrogen. I'm fertlizing with blood meal, the peppers get enough water.
