I have a hoya (image attached) that looks similar to the one you posted here and I'm trying to find out specifically what type of hoya it is.

The plant in my photo is Wax Plant (Hoya brevialata)

I do not believe the plant in your photo is any type of Hoya, it looks more like Peperomia. Here are a couple of Peperomia photos from our database for comparison:
