Hey all,

Looking for some ideas. Really like ultra modern design. Budget is light but I can spend if needed.

My garden looks like the attached image..

Back wall is high and bright white painted brick. The left and right hand sides are very high wooden fences and look decent. I've added a load of cream pebbles already and will be adding some sandstone paving by the house (currently a rather messy solid concrete).

My table and chairs are large but can move. I was thinking of the following set up. Need some inspiration on what to do with the back part of the garden which is a small square with a gate opening up.

Just wondered what you'd do? It's very bland at the moment with practically no plants.

Thanks! Tim

How many square feet can you use for the garden?

Sorry, is this a vegetable garden?

My posts are not surfacing. How many square feet, and is this a vegetable garden?

What's your climate and how much sun do things get.

Hey Oaks & Jim.

I'm in the UK so it's a little sunny in summer and wet and cold most of the rest! This is a rear garden. The garden gets a lot of sun when it's out.
Main garden area that I have to work with is 7.4m long and 3.9m wide (ignores the sandstone paved area). Just a garden to sit in.

Cheers, Tim

You did such a great job planning it out but you forgot the two most important things. The Most important things are missing. Llocation and orientation. Are you in Hawaii or Nova Scotia?. Which way is north/south?
Depending on your latitude and orientation.. how hot is summer, how cold is winter, How long are your days, where is there shade Or sun at what time of day Will determine what works.

The design is lovely.. but plants live on Sun and temperature.everything else in negotiable

Thanks Turbo, that's not really designed it's actually empty, the whole back of the garden is pretty much bare with just some stones down at the moment.
