As splotchy as that blooms is, it is probably a first bloom on the plant. You can expect the looks to change quite a bit if it is a first bloom. It should be much improved with later blooms. Even with a good bloom it may be hard to identify. Do you have any notes or guesses as to where you bought it and what it might be?
You may even recognize the plant by the bloom after it improves some, but if not, post back with another photo if it does change quite a bit. I have no idea what it might be looking at the photo posted.

Wow, how interesting is that. I appreciate the information, I was wondering about the splotchy look of it. It was one I had dug up from my raised flower bed that needed dividing, there were yellow as well as yellow/burgundy ones with it. This was a first bloom for it, I will be sure to post more pictures as it developes. Thanks for the response!
