I wish I lived somewhere where I could keep honey bees. Unfortunately, I do not, so I rely on store bought honey and try to do whatever I can to encourage bees to my garden. I was wondering if anyone here uses bee pollen powder as a nutritional supplement? Do you recommend it? According to what I have read, it is a wonderful, healthy addition to one's diet. Bzzzzzzzz........ Smiling

Welcome to the beekeeping forum OAP.
I haven't used the bee pollen powder so can't answer on it's benefits personally.
However, any honey that has not been filtered will contain some pollen in it.

The only bee produced product I have used other than honey is the royal jelly and that does help.

Hello Mindy03! Thank you! I have never heard of royal jelly, but I will look into it. I think I want to try the powder. I have been taking a multi-vitamin for older folks, but I really have not seen any difference in my energy level or anything else. I am trying not to eat as much processed foods. I think they contribute to weight gain and other problems. I do use Nate's honey in my tea and on biscuits and waffles, etc. I think the unprocessed honey tastes so much better. Smiling
