I was lookin' around the forum, and only saw a thread for introductions. I guess that's a chit chat thread, but since everyone else was/is doing it (making a chit chat thread) in the other "Regional Gardening" forums, I figured I'd fall in line and do the same.

Be working at photography for awhile. If you look at my old images they are not great. My friend Patty who is a fantastic photographer has given me some tips. Some middle years of images on here are with my camera.

Well, all of your photography work that I've seen has been great!

I take pictures on my iPad, and let me tell you: the closeups are NOT great!

One tip I got from Patty is if you're going to post on social media take a square picture. Some times I forget.

I think an I-pad would be hard.

Some of you may already have seen them, but here are a few pictures I took of a baby frog in our grass:

And here are some pictures of oleander (oleander nerium 'Hardy White') at 8:30 p.m. (yes, even though it doesn't look like it by the sky color, they were taken at 8:30 in the night):



The reason why the focus is EXTRA bad, is because there's no sun out, not even on the horizon.

Today, I battled four wasps (lol not really, I just went up to them, clogged up their nest, and booked it ).

We had a spider wasp earlier, but the four wasps were just regular yellow jackets.

I was pretty mad cuz my five-year-old brother got bit and stung from one, once on his finger and then it got stuck in his hair and just started biting and stinging his head.
I took some Lysol and a fly swatter (didn't really use the fly swatter) and SPRAYED the HECK out of their nest.

But that didn't work, so I grabbed a stick, and stuck it all the way up their nest. That's proven effective for now.

I hope they don't come back
